It’s hard to believe 2016 is almost over! Every day, and especially this time of year, we are so grateful to be able to continue our mission of #TransportingTheBrave. Last month, we drove over 700 miles helping brave fighters get to and from their outpatient appointments.
Please keep the family of our very first rider, Brittany, in your thoughts. Brittany was taken by leukemia on November 25th. When we started Daniel’s Care Van, we knew it would come with heartbreak sometimes. That’s the reality of childhood cancer. While we will miss Brittany terribly, we will continue our mission – not in spite of our sorrow, but inspired by it. Every mile we drive honors the fighters taken too soon.
